Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DRS Hub (the "Marketplace"), operated by Design Rivers Studios. By browsing the Marketplace or installing an app listed on it, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Some features — installing apps, purchasing paid apps, leaving reviews, and maintaining a wishlist — require a free account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. App listings

Each app listing is provided by its developer. Screenshots, descriptions, and version histories are provided for informational purposes; Design Rivers Studios makes reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but does not guarantee that every listing is complete or error-free at all times.

3. Purchases

Paid apps are sold through the checkout flow shown at the time of purchase. Prices, currencies, and any applicable taxes are displayed before you complete a purchase.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with an app. We may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, or unrelated to the app being reviewed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Marketplace — for example, by attempting to bypass access controls, scraping the catalog at scale, or uploading harmful files.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Marketplace after a change means you accept the revised terms.
